SALES TERMS

20% as confirmation to be paid in advance to book the tours

+ 4% if you prefer to pay by paypal

80% 15 days before the tour

By enrolling on one of our trips, you agree to respect all decisions, instructions, and rules given by our guides.

While on tour, please communicate your wishes and/or difficulties to our staff. Our guides are willing to help you.

What is included

Only what specified under each tour.

What is not Included

Entrance fees, Accommodations, meals, drinks except when noted in the program. Personal expenses, tips.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any change of date or content cannot be guaranteed and shall be applied subject to availability.

Any request for cancellation or change must be received by e-mail at contact@private-tours-italy.com

Between 30 and 15 days prior to the tour, 100% refund of your deposit.

Between 14 to 2 days no deposit refund.

Less than 2 days, you must pay the remaining balance.

When we have to buy entrance tickets in advance and pay for it (Coliseum, Vatican Museums, Dodge’s Palace etc..)  in case of cancellation, we will keep the amount paid for these tickets.

In case you prepaid the total amount of the tour the cancellation policy is :

Between 30 and 15 days prior to the tour, 100% refund.

Between 14 to 2 days, 80% refund.

Less than 2 days, no refund.

When we have to buy entrance tickets in advance and pay for it (Coliseum, Vatican Museums, Dodge’s Palace etc..)   in case of cancellation we will keep the amount paid for these tickets.

Any interruption of the tour  during its delivery, at the client’s wishes, shall not give rise to any refund.

 

PHOTOS

Every effort is made to provide photos that give the client an overview of the Services offered. These photos are intended to indicate  the type or the level of comfort and sites  and cannot be a source of commitment beyond that purpose.

 

LUGGAGE AND PERSONAL ITEMS

 Private Tours Italy and its partners cannot be held responsible for the loss or the theft of personal belongings and luggage and cannot guarantee the return of personal belongings and luggage left in the vehicles or anywhere else.

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

 It is the responsibility of the client to check that he is in possession of the necessary documents for his stay that the  passport has a visa if necessary or an updated identity card.

No refunds shall be given in case of lack or loss of the necessary documents
